Crystal Matthews’ role at Sandhills Oral Surgery & Implant Dentistry is all about education.
As Digital Marketing Coordinator, Crystal leads our efforts to inform the local community about the many beneficial dental services we provide here at Sandhills. We want people to understand how we can help them achieve their dream smile—and how to access the treatment they need for oral health issues that are affecting the function or appearance of their teeth.
As our Study Club Coordinator, Crystal oversees educational workshops for local dental professionals, many of which are led by Dr. Jones. These clinical seminars are vital for doctors and hygienists to keep up-to-date with new technologies and treatments so they can better serve their patients.
Crystal has been working on the clerical side of the dental field for over 14 years. In her role with patients, she has become an expert in providing thoughtful, informative customer service. Her goal is to educate patients on their options and give them peace of mind so they feel confident choosing our expert surgeons to deliver the optimal dental care they deserve.
Crystal is an Oklahoma native who currently lives in Hope Mills with her husband of over 22 years, Bobby. Together, they have two daughters, Casey and Cara, and two miniature schnauzers, Cooper and Cammie. When Crystal isn’t spending time with her family, she loves swimming, fishing, reading, and watching sports.
